Our creation is delivered without a drain or faucet (not included) - Most US drains model with no overflow and a top of the drain measurements between 45mm-63mm should fit accordingly on Livingroc creations. This model is ready to use over the countertop.

This product is Not UPC plumbing certified ( If you work with a contractor Please Ask him if a UPC certification is required in your state to pass any inspections you might have to go through).

Our stones are already waterproofed before the settings as a protection. For daily care, use a washing product with a neutral P.H. We also advise to waterproof the stone twice a year. Therefore, we highly recommend our range of Stone care products including detailed instructions from Akemi (one of the world leader) to purchase here, to look after your natural stone vessel sink and offer you trouble free maintenance.

Some Cleaning tips  ...

1. You may Rinse and dry your granite sink completely after each use 2. Create a homemade cleaning mixture of liquid dishwashing soap and water, never use any bleach or abrasive cleaners. 3. Rinse your sink after cleaning to clear away any remaining soap residue.

If you live in an area where the mineral content in your water is high (white mark), it's especially recommended to dry your stone sinks with a soft cloth (mirofiber) after each use. ( remaining water around the drain hole )

Our Granite and basalt vessel sink items will ship via FEDEX GROUND if order weight is under 150 Pounds and DHE LTL FREIGHT NATION WIDE for every order weight that is over 150 Pounds directly from our warehouse of Houston, TX for US customers and SANDOUVILLE (FRANCE) for European customers and delivered to their curbside or driveways only. For any additional delivery questions or needs, please feel free to call our customer service or online chat. Truck freight and Fedex ground orders require that someone is available to control and accept the delivery. Our carrier (only for LTL freight) will contact you to set up a delivery time, during normal business hours. If our carrier is unable to contact the customer, The customer then will be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to our warehouse in addition to the original shipment expense.
