However our creation may vary from block to block as only mother nature will decides what you may receive (each shower pan is unique) even if our Gray and black Granite are very stable and are super close to our porfolio photos. We also draw your attention to the fact that veining, crystallization, that may appear to be cracks, but are actually indigenous to the stone, variations of colors (more on marble and onyx) and various stone features make all the charm of the stone and distinguish it from non-natural materials!. The Quality Inspection photos example shown on our portfolio are not available to choose by numbers. ROUTINE CARE
Our shower bases (pans) are already waterproofed before the settings (only on the honed sides) as a basic protection (waterproofing is not a total shield - ask our customer service for extra assistance you might need ). For daily care, use a washing product with a neutral P.H. We also advise to waterproof the stone twice a year. Therefore, we highly recommend our range of Stone care products including detailed instructions from Akemi (one of the world leader) to purchase here, to look after your natural stone vessel sink and offer you trouble free maintenance.
Some Cleaning tips ...
1. You may Rinse and dry your granite sink completely after each use 2. Create a homemade cleaning mixture of liquid dishwashing soap and water, never use any bleach or abrasive cleaners. 3. Rinse your sink after cleaning to clear away any remaining soap residue.
If you live in an area where the mineral content in your water is high (white mark), it's especially recommended to dry your stone sinks with a soft cloth (mirofiber) after each use. ( remaining water around the drain hole )
DELIVERY
Our Bathroom products items will ship via DHE LTL FREIGHT NATION WIDE directly from our warehouse of Houston TX for US customers and (FRANCE) for European customers and delivered (lift gate) to their curbside or DRIVEWAY only. For any additional delivery questions or needs Ex. Inside/Garage, please feel free to call our customer service or online chat. Truck freight ground orders require that someone is available to control and accept the delivery. Our carrier (only for LTL freight) will contact you to set up a delivery time, during normal business hours. If our carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer then will be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to our warehouse in addition to the original shipment expense.
