The photos you see online illustrating the products taken with extreme care by our Founder CEO - Florent LEPVREAU are not included in the contract because any product itself may vary from block to block as only mother nature decides what you may receive (each creation is unique). The majority of products offered to our customers by LIVINGROC - AXLOBE INTERACTIVE LLC are available in our warehouse. In case of non-availability of the ordered product. 3. Control and orders
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of content and date of the order. The customer agrees to make a full inspection at the reception (check the number of products delivered and the condition of the goods) in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of damage (spoilage) or missing item, the customer will report it on the receipt to be able to obtain a replacement, (Reservations must validated by the driver). Fedex orders please inspect within 2 days of delivery.
We don't make any partial delivery on LTL FREIGHT orders over 150 pounds - for example: if a customer order 6 chairs + a round table top and 3 chairs are in back order , the whole shipment will be released once the 3 remaining chairs are back in stock
Absence during the delivery: All deliveries require a signature. If you are absent when the goods are delivered, the delivery team will leave a card with a phone number to call in your mailbox to arrange another delivery date. Please note that additional charges will be added in the case of a second appointment between $150 and $300 USD most of the time by carriers.

Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Simply place your order online or call us and we'll contact you with the shipping quote for your approval before shipping your order. Because import fees, brokerage charges, and government taxes are constantly changing, AXLOBE INTERACTIVE LLC - Livingroc.net shipping quotes and charges do not include these fees. Unless otherwise stated on the quote, payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once delivered and inspected the customer then signs the delivery receipt.
A special delivery can be made on customers request.
Re-consignment: Once your order has been processed and shipped there would be a "Re-consignment" charge starting at $75 and up based on the address and zip code, on any order needing an address change.
5. Return and Refund, Cancellation Policy
Return and refund: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise, you can ask for, exchange or refund your purchase within 30 calendar days of delivery. This period starts from the date of delivery of the customer's order. All returns must be reported prior to our Customer Service and email to contact Livingroc.com.
If you're unsatisfied with what you've received, RETURN costs and RESHIP costs for any exchanges are always the responsibility of the consumers even for those who've been qualified for free shipping (over $1700).. Living'ROC will refund or exchange minus shipping ( Custom quote) and restock fee of UP TO $75.00 per piece. Refund will be given maximum 30 days after the product is checked by the Living'ROC sales department. All cancellations are subject to restock fees.
Returns must be made in original packaging in perfect condition (foam inserts, cardboard box, in wooden crate) to our Nebraska warehouse, photos will be required of condition of product and packaging. We recommend the returned goods are insured. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the return or damage related to a third party. Refunds will be made after receiving the items, a confirmation e-mail will be sent indicating the amount of the refund.

The grand total price indicated in the order confirmation is sales tax (if your delivery address is in TX-NE-FL), handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning included. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/EXCLUSIVE REMEDY/INDEMNITY: SELLER’S SOLE LIABILITY UNDER THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY BREACH, TORT, OR OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION IS LIMITED TO THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF (I) A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID TO SELLER LESS STRAIGHT LINE DEPRECIATION OVER A 5 YEAR PERIOD, (II) BUYER’S ACTUAL, DIRECT DAMAGES (EXCLUDING THOSE LISTED BELOW), AND (III) REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR THE NON-FUNCTIONING PART OR SERVICE. BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY BY SELLER SHALL BE LIMITED TO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO SELLER, IF ANY. THESE REMEDIES ARE BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS AND ECONOMIC OR INDIRECT LOSSES, EVEN IF SUCH ARE FORESEEABLE OR COULD BE OR WERE REASONABLY ANTICIPATED, OR FOR ANY INJURY, EITHER PERSONAL OR BUSINESS, OF ANY KIND TO ANY PERSON, PREMISES OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE USE, MODIFICATION OR APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT(S) AND BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH CLAIMS MADE AGAINST SELLER.
This contract is subject to FLORIDA Law. AXLOBE INTERACTIVE LLC cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, of AXLOBE INTERACTIVE LLC will, in any event, exceed the amount of the order and cannot behold responsible for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products. In case of difficulties, applying to this contract, the buyer has the option, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution with the help of: a professional association, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. Please remember in the search for an amicable solution does not let go of the lawful guarantee, nor the duration of the guarantee . 10. Certification - Plumbing Code & lifetime warranty (only bathroom)

AXLOBE INTERACTIVE LLC - LIVINGROC warrants that its products are free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase to the original owner for life (only bathroom products) and for one year for our outdoor products. This warranty does not cover any labor, transportation costs, damage or other expenses of any kind, incurred with the sale or use of the products. Moreover Our Warranty does not cover cracking of our products ( any kind of products) by thermal shock (Warranty DO NOT COVER any natural weather damage to the stone mosaics caused by ice, snow ....) scratch on tempered glass (dining - living) , for the rest of our range the products gave a one year limited warranty.
